The selection is FABULOUS!! Just finished the Charred grapefruit tonic and prepared a salad dressing made from the apricot Balsamic white vinegar added Rosemary, olive oil, salt and pepper and both were AMAZING!! Definitely heading back!!!
My friend and I found one taste treat after another at Cardenas. I finally settled on pomegranate balsamic vinegar, which was thick and delicious. I've used it on fruit every day since our visit. Can't wait to order gifts for people!
Great customer service & an excellent selection. Just had the pear vinegar on watermelon, basil & feta cheese. Delicious!
