Echoing previous reviews because they are accurate and true! The receptionist never answers the phone and takes days if not weeks to return a voicemail, and that’s assuming you can leave a message. Even when marking urgent, no one responds back. Poor accessibility to primary care.
There’s no way these reviews are legit, the receptionist never answers the phone and takes days if not weeks to return a voicemail, and that’s assuming you can leave a message. I called for 2+ weeks because the inbox was full and couldn’t even leave a message. He only has appointments for 3-4 hours per day, he’s a part time doctor with a 3-4 month wait to see. Better off going to the emergency room if anything is wrong.
It’s currently a 14 week wait to see this family doctor.
