Carbon World Health definitely takes top tier among Madison's fitness studios and personal training facilities. Russ uses his expertise to push you safely out of your comfort zone with workouts that will leave you sweating, panting, and feeling victorious afterwards. Carbon World Health is absolutely incredible. By far the advanced workout facility/equipment in Madison. The whole building is beautiful and inviting. Russ, Dr Rodriguez, and Ashley are all very easy to work with and there is zero judgement. Very excited to see the evolution of this place!
Excellent work done by amazing people. They helped me reach my first goal of getting back under 200lbs from 228lbs. I cannot say enough good things about them. This company is going to flourish because of the people that work there.

I can not tell you enough how big their hearts are. You must cont them and see how warm they are.
After going through a similar fitness program, I've realized how not so similar they are! Both places are great, but CWH takes overall fitness to a new level. My gains in such a short period of time going to CWH have been amazing. The best part is how much the trainers listen and work with you & your specific body/weak spots to heal, recover and then move forward towards your goals. I love that stretching, flexibility and agility are just as vital as strength training.
I've lost 5 lbs in 6 weeks and really started seeing results after meeting with Russ. Even my face is thinner. Highly recommend!!!
