Not only have I lost a total of 34 lbs with their amazing trainers and fitness facility; the med spa side has by the the best IPL face treatment I’ve ever had! It’s a one stop shop to a better, healthier, happier you. Worth every penny and hopefully I’ll remain a member for life!
It all started with a phone call and the consult and then putting a plan into action. great value for the 6 week experience. Brooke a d Ryan are amazing trainers and know when to push and when to watch you do your best! give them a try!
I am finishing the 6 week introduction session and will be singing up for the monthly plan after that. The system they have works. The doctor took my blood and we identified a program with nutrition and hormones to get my body working at optimal levels. Then they design a daily workouts where if you are not tired, sweating, or short of breath then they are not working. You never leave the workout feeling as though you did not do your best.
