The staff is so amazing! This is the greatest thing to come to Madison! No one can match their quality or latest innovations to get you where you need to be in physical/mental health! As a body builder myself I don't know anyone who can help even me like they do.
Recently completed my second Ironman and stopped by their booth at Ironman Village. After talking with Russ, decided to give the Cryotherapy a try. Less than 12 hours after completing the race, I stopped in to experience the procedure. The entire experience at the spa, although short, was extremely positive. Great friendly staff who focuses on the needs of each individual goals, and makes sure you are in the best shape. Everything all under one roof for your health.
My wife and I had our consultations today at CWH and we're very impressed with the staff and facilities. It was very informative and they took time to hear our goals and put an individual plan together for each of us. We are excited to start our programs that will help us get over the hump with the stubborn areas we are trying to work off. I took a spin in the cryosauna and it really helped with the pain in my lower back and shoulder!
World class facility here. The owners and staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. I've only done the cryotherapy (which was great), but they do so much more. Very comfortable environment and a nice area to chill out before or after sessions.
