RecommendedThank you to your entire team for standing out in the cold and rain on the day I needed to bring my daughter to your offsite covid-19 testing center. Everyone was super nice and caring and I wish I remembered the name of the tall, male PA with the glasses... he made my daughter feel so at ease with his wonderful "bedside" manner. He took great care of her and his genuine concern for her well being was heartwarming. Thank you to all of you putting yourselves out there to help the rest of us.
They don’t take a lot of insurances
RecommendedThis place is top notch from the doctors to the receptionists. Clean, professional, thorough, friendly, and HIPAA-compliant in all respects.
I’m sure the doctor here is great but the woman at the front desk was INCREDIBLY rude. It was clear she didn’t want to be there. When I handed her my insurance card she said told me “We don’t take that. We can’t accept everything!” I understand people have bad days but her attitude was unacceptable.
Recommended RecommendedBrought our son 3yr old son in for limping and from start to end the quality of care was outstanding, the place is very clean and comfortable in the waiting room, we were greeted and assisted promptly. The wait was the shortest I've ever had at an urgent care, when they brought us to an exam room I was shocked by the set up the Safari room was a kids dream with animals on the wall, a tree growing out of the corner and and elephant exam table with plenty of toys and books to keep our little guy entertained while we waited.
