They weren't able to give an estimate of the wait time when we got there. it ended up being almost 3 hours. they did not seem to be busy, only a few people were in the waiting room. I was there for my son. he's a child and doesn't have his own phone. they wouldn't allow my phone number to be used as the patient number and the emergency contact. It hasn't been a problem any place else that requires an emergency contact. Overall, between the paperwork and the wait time, I'll go somewhere else next time.

Really helped us out on Christmas Day. My daughter and girlfriend were feeling better as soon as the next day. Doctor was terrific!
