THE WORST PLACE...DONT GO THERE!! Went there on Thursday 8/6/26 for a mani/pedi. I asked the technician Gloria if she knew how to cut ingrown nails. She said yes. It was painful - I don't think she knew what she was doing and or their tools were dirty. By Sunday I was in pain - my toe was red and swollen. I went to WESTMED on Monday 8/10/26. turns out I had an infection and the DR had to lance my toe - EXTREMLY painful. I called Caras nails that day and the owner was not in. I went with my freind. We were walk ins. My freind got much more attention for the same services. I had to tell the manicurist to finish trimming my cuticles. She left them uneven/unfinished. The same person attempted to massage my foot and dug her nails into me. I just so happen to be a licensed massage therapist so I know massage well. This should not be offered and performed by people with no training, but I'm not the massage police. The pedicure and manicure were ok. Awful. Will never come again.
Beautiful nail salon. The atmosphere is clean and peaceful. I scheduled an appointment today (Monday) 4pm. I was seen right away. Rosa did a great with both the spa pedicure and manicure. She was kind and gave great massages to my feet and my back. Will be visiting again soon
Oki was incredible! She was so so thorough with my pedicure and also gave me tips on how to make my feet less dry. The massage that came with the jasmine and coconut spa pedicure was INCREDIBLE!
