I brought my new Silverado in to get tinted. This is the second car I have brought to Car Teks (first one was years ago when it first opened I believe) and both times I have nothing to complain about. The tints that were done on my first car still look as good as they did 5-6 years ago! Thanks guys!
Customer service at this place is just so bad. You go there asking questions politely about the setups for tinting he doesn't give u enough informations! I could tell he doesn't wanna do business with me!!!! No info about warranties no info about which type is recommended for my 2015 Mustang. He just goes like we have standards and ceramic, standard is $140 ceramic $220 something. I felt like he doesn't wanna do business with me at all! I asked him if he can show samples.
