I've been getting all of my work done with these guys, they go above and beyond to make sure everything is to my liking. Tints, remote start, stereo on 3 cars and have had ZERO issues...will always only do business with Car Teks. Thanks guys!!! Ps, I think it's time I upgrade my double din ;)
I have been using them every time on every vehicle. Anywhere from American made to foreign to high end cars. Always referred family there for their needs. Never had any problems.

Recently had a remote starter with Drone Mobile installed in my bimmer and everything came out perfect! Works 100% and the warranty leaves me with peace of mind. They're stand up guys who do great work. I couldn't ask for more. Had my windows tinted in the summer on the same car and they came out perfect. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car but these guys. Seems only irrational people seem to be having problems with these guys. I loved the service.
Guys did a great job tinting my mkz. Had them do a remote start in my truck also. Excellent!
The remote start left us stranded twice! Had to have it removed. car teks refused to refund the money after they removed it. They also refused to reimburse us for the tow. Customer service is horrible and the products are garbage! Do not use this place. They will rip you off just like us!!!

Hello Mike, Was this the 2013 Ford Fusion? If so I do apologize. You have every right to be upset. That was a very easy installation and it shouldn't have cause that problem. We use very high end product, however it is possible that it malfunctioned. I believe that we did refund your money and I do truly apologize again. Thank you. Louie.
Horrible customer service and even worse product installation. Refused to give a refund other than in the form of a store credit, even with presentation of an original receipt. Highly unprofessional and would not recommend their services to anyone.
