Dropped off my car at 9am, paid for the work to be done, at 6pm we walk in there (closing time) the car is still in the shop with only the back 2 windows done, the guy working on it is leaned over the hood texting. They had to call the Valpo store to pull someone down to the Schererville store to finish the windows, we picked up the car at 8:30 last night. They said they will give me a discount for my troubles on my next vehicle I bring down....never again with these clowns!

This place is beyond amazing!!! The things that they are able to do with cars blow my mind! The owner,Louie, is the nicest guy you ever want to meet! And his sister, Angela, is beyond amazing! The guys in the back really know their jobs very well!! I had two cars taken care of in one day! Quality Work! Excellent Prices! Wonderful Customer Service!!!
I recently went to Carteks to have my Taurus tinted. I received 20% ceramics all around, except for the windshield. The shop was quick, and courteous. I arrived and left in half the time I thought. The edges are clean and cut perfectly. Top tier quality of the ceramics has definitely brought the ride comfort up. I hardly feel the sun, if at all. The temperature inside my car has been drastically lowered. I'll be bringing my Camaro here for the same package.
