RecommendedTook my car to Car Tech Inc. on Monday and got it back today!! I was so pleased with the service, quality, and how fast they figured it out and had it ready for me. I had been having car problems with my H3 for about 7 months. This is the ONLY place I now trust to work on any of my vehicles. The company is family owned and operated locally. I had a minor issue with one of my repairs and they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Car Tech truly does care about the vehicles AND customers they bring in. Best car shop in town!
I had smart start ignition interlock installed 2 weeks ago. When the technician installed the interlock, my radio stopped working and they refuse to fix it. The second visit, I arrived on time for my appointment. I had to wait 40 minutes for the technician to get back from his lunch break. The customer service was awful and rude. I would NEVER recommend going to this company for any car related issues.
Their service is some of the worst,if u think about taking your vehicle their get ready to pay a big price . If u decide to take to someone else more resonable they wedge your vehicle out back and keep telling u to come back in 2 hours to get it. I have been there at 9,11and i just got it back from them, its 2:50 .He wanted 600. To change this part that take 30 mins to change. Getting it done at a shop i can trust. . Dont go there,nasty attitudes
They are an awesome family mechanic and we will always bring our cars to them so long as we live in Indiana
