I have used several of the other competition car washes and always felt like there's got to be someone that doesn't make excuses for a lousy job of getting my vehicle clean. The car wash gods or facebook must of heard me as I received an ad for a free car wash at the local Car Spa. Omg I was so impressed with the washing of my vehicle and then they hand dried it and cleaned and dressed my wheels and tires. Definitely will be getting the monthly pass, it's well worth it and the bang for the buck is the best in town.
Their employees give themselves permission to aggressively cut you in line when they want to get their work done faster. Wouldn't go back to this car wash if it was the last one on Earth.
While my car looks clean there are a few issues: 1. There is SO much "oil" in the car. Its everywhere. I feel like it needs a cleaning from the cleaning. 2. My 3rd row seats were down. They did not pull the string to put them up or come to get me so they did not clean the 3rd row. 3. They cleaned the windshield and the dash with an oily substance so when the sun reflects off it you can not even see. I would go again because of the price but these needs some improvements.
Came in to get an oil change and stood at the counter for a good 10 minutes. No one came up to the counter to help us or get any services started. Decided to go elsewhere.
