Used to love carmart. But the new general manager is an unprofessional uncaring piece of crap. Going through hard family stuff and missed work. He didn’t even have the audacity to speak to me himself. If anyone asks me I’ll be sure to say don’t go to car mart!!!!
I am beyond livid with these crooked people! Have taken my car back 3 x to be fixed and still got brake problems, Ive spent too much $ tryna fix on my own, now they say they PROMISE to fix it this time...except ironically my warranty is out so of course they PROMISE to fix now. I hate this car dealership lately, I have bought numerous cars from there and NEVER had these problems until they got Rude, ignorant DUMBASSES to Run it-- Called cooperate and the BBB!!
Ive had the worse problems with this company. From being charged twice for one month due to company error to having to drop everything to handle mistakes made thru them. Even now im having to run to call my bank to fax them information about how they charged me twice then pay the fee for it. They said they will pay me back for it but the way it sounds is im going off their word on this and that its actually me at fault for paying early. If i could id take all my money back and go ANYWHERE else.
