Y'all be careful buying cars from this company they will sell you a piece of junk and you don't even know till you off the lot
If could rate them zero I would, they refused me a test drive because they closed in 10 mins refused to tell me how much the vehicle was, I was desperate as a single mom (my mistake) 10mins off the lot and I didn't know if I'd make it home safely immediately put it in the shop. They sold me a car knowing the timing chain was bad not even a yr into this and I'm stuck with a 5k repair or new engine. I feel stupid I feel token advantage of. Called the store no answer. Got a text from what I now know as a bot. When I arrived at the location the store is CLOSED
I’ve been waiting to n a response from car depot about my approval status for days now and when I call their number they have in google it says the number is out of service only to turn around and call the number on the website and it rings and rings nobody answers but the automated system sends me a message 🤦🏾 I just want a car
WARNING PLEASE READ …… If I could rate 0 stars i absolutely would first off the people who work here are both very rude to costumers especially Dee secondly please understand that they will absolutely make it easy to buy a car and get into a lease but please please know they are knowingly and purposely selling bad and faulty cars that break down not even a month after you have them and once they do break down the worst part is they will offer to get your car fixed but only by THIER mechanic this place is literally one big sc... read more
