Outstanding!!! We are 500 miles away from home and had a water pump go out in our 2014 Chevy Traverse. Car-D-Ology took my car in immediately, diagnosed the problem, quoted a price that was below what I expected. They did the work in a timely manner and where very professional and courteous. I have to say, when you are this far from home and this happens, you feel extremely vulnerable. I didn't need to feel that way! Two days into our vacation our van started having problems. These guys got our van in right away. They diagnosed the issue and quoted us a very fair price and even gave my husband a ride back and forth to our cabin at the top of a mountain. We had our van back at the end of the day and our vacation was able to go on as planned. We made it back to St. Louis yesterday without one issue. You guys went a above and beyond and know how to treat your customers. We highly recommend you to anyone in the area!
My family and I were on vacation in pigeon forge when our check engine light went on. We went to advance auto and they recommended we go to Car-D-Ology. We got there and they had cars piled up to work on. I told Dink our story and he said that he would get on it right away! Not only did we have our Van back the next morning but he also told me that the check engine light would probably go back on because the computer needs to learn that it is fixed! Can't say enough good things about Dink and Holly and their business. Had some major problems with my AC on our van. Dink was a true professional and spent a lot of time and his own funds to get it right. If you need honest and fair work on your vehicle Car-D- Ology is the place to go!!

Absolutely wonderful service. My husbands dust cover was knocked off his truck and they replaced it within a few minutes and wouldn’t charge a thing. Wished us well on our honeymoon and to enjoy our stay. Thanks Dink!!!!!
Took the time to look at a problem i was having. As his card states it is free diagnostic check. Made me feel more comfortable being 600 miles from home.
A zillion miles from home and my check engine light comes on! This place was recommended to us and what a great place!!!! Free diagnostic check just as promised and lifted a weight off my shoulders! Can’t thank them enough! If we lived here, this is the only place I’d go!
