RecommendedHad brake problems while on vacation. Called several places and was told unable they couldn’t help. Called Car-D-Ology and they said they would be happy to help us. Told us it would be about 2 hours. Was fixed earlier than expected and the rates are reasonable. Super nice and Lightening is a great greeter. Highly recommended!
Awesome guys here. In town for our anniversary and alternator went out on our van and they fit us in the next day and got us back to enjoying our trip. Also have to add that they charged me a very very reasonable price. No price gouging since I was from out of town something I worry about when you get to places like this and have trouble.
Traveled to Pigeon Forge on a girls trip and drove through a ditch (don’t ask) - we called Car-D-Ology. He said to call the next morning on our way there and he would meet us (not normally open on Saturday). He did and zip tied the undercarriage, topped off my oil, assured me that the car wasn’t in as bad shape as I imagined and would get us home safely. Very reasonable. He didn’t judge the carelessness of my driving and gave us some great ideas on places to go and eat. Top notch service and kindness!
Car d ology was awesome!! We (4 girls on a girl trip) had a minor car problem. The owner came in on his day off....fixed our 'problem' ...and barely charged us. So very nice and we were very impressed with his professionalism. We would highly recommend this business!

Trust worthy people! Great work! We were in vacation and we had a few issues. We stopped they diagnosed the problem for FREE! WOW you don't see that these days. Went back the next day they had the parts waiting, we were in and out in no time! Never missed a beat on our vacation! Holly and Dink are so friendly and kind, they are the type of business you wish there were more of. We live in Wears Valley and had some friends come from Michigan. Their alternator was giving them trouble. Called Car-D-Ology for help. They got the vehicle in the same day and repaired it. They were a GREAT help and did NOT overcharge. Thank you for the wonderful service!! It's nice to have a reliable business so close to us!
