I bought my van from Car City over 5 years ago and had an awesome experience! The customer service was great and the vehicle has been a very good vehicle for us. In the years we've had it we have only had to replace the starter.
They really know how to treat their customers! They came to my rescue when I needed it most!! Great people, great business! Even if I wanted to go through a "big name" dealership, I would probably still end up @ Car City because they care.
To make a long story short, they really WILL do what it takes to make the customer happy!!!!!! They say, they do!!
My experience at Car City was wonderful. John was understanding about my situation and my credit. He made everything easy and understandable. There wasn't any hidden fees, John was straight forward with me. The staff there was also very helpful and explained everything in detail. Thanks again!!
