Forget who I spoke to at the Toms River office today, very friendly guy. But I was a little disappointed when he didn't even take the time to look at my car and decided his own "quote" by just staring at it from inside. And the quote was LOW! TOO LOW! How do you give an offer on something that you haven't even looked at? To me, I was treated as if I was just an idiot. I was really looking forward to selling my car to carcash too. And I'm sorry it didn't work out.
The Toms River site is fantastic. Ron and Vincent are honest and made the experience of selling our car a pleasure. They provided advice on purchasing a new vehicle and gave us exactly what we expected to get for our vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone!
Just got home from the Toms River office ...worked out a fair deal with Ron that only took a few minutes to complete! Very friendly, yet professional place! It was so much easier than selling my car directly and wondering who was going to show up at my door...great service, great staff, highly recommend!
This had to be one of the best experiences I've ever had selling a car. On a whim, I just decided to see what I could get for the car. I dealt with William. Not only did they buy the car right there and then, I actually got more than I was expecting. William was nothing but courteous and professional.
