Caputo has a few dedicated and very thorough hourly workers. However, I suspect he sells sophisticated HVAC units about which he knows very little. Couple a one year labor warranty with limited education on a product line... that's a steady income stream at the cost of the consumer.

Referred my 81 yr old father to Caputo due to BBB status...they charged him over $200.00 to fix a 12 inch piece of copper pipe that was visible and running to his water heater. Never again.

Charles is a great guy. They did a wonderful job on ALL the air conditioning, plumbing and heating work I needed done at my house including the lines. Prices are great, service is great. Much better then Hiller, (who might I add is a rip off). Hiller estimated this job 3 times higher then Caputo and the last time they did services for me and charged me an arm and a leg it was done wrong. I've dealt with Caputo for 15+ years with satisfactory outcomes. In fact, if I had followed Charles Caputo's suggestion, I could have saved money before having them deal with a stopped up drain.

I have used Caputo plumbing for the past 24 years. I have found the workers very competent and with excellent diagnostic skills. The work is completed in a timely and expert manner. They have always treated me faily and gone the extra mile in many situations. I heartily endose Caputo Plumbing and HVAC for all related needs.

Our family has used Caputo Plumbing for 15 years and have always had great service and support. They always seem to know just what I am talking about when I call. When we bought our new home we had to use another service due to warranty insurance already in place. Had such a bad experience we called Caputo and asked which home warranty program they were in and joined it just to get them back working on our plumbing needs. I 've used this company for all my heating,ac and plumbing needs over the years and I am happy to say they have always treated me fairly and promptly, diagnosing the problem correctly the first time and not a bunch of call backs . I would not hesitate to recommend them at all. They are No.1 in my book.
