Inconsistent and unfair pricing I was charged the adult price for my daughter’s haircut (trim). When I went in for my haircut 3 days later, I asked about it, the woman at the front desk was helpful. I showed her before and after photos of my daughters, and she confirmed that the only two reasons they’d charge an adult price for a child’s cut are if the hair was done curly or is very long. Do not go to this establishment. We made an appointment at the beauty salon. When we showed up, our stylist was not there so they put my son with the barber. I asked why we weren’t called about our stylist not going to be there and they replied because we have a barber you can see. We told him what we wanted to do with my son’s hair and he completely ignored us. He cut off all my son’s beautiful curls and left his hair uneven and choppy. My son was so upset. And now I am at another salon having to get his hair fixed.
Stephanie was very attentive with my daughter. She listened what she wanted and accomplished it very well.! We will coming back.!
Valeria is lovely, great experience. Hair always comes out how we discussed.
