So wonderful staffs & friendly. I saw therapy dogs there to comfort everyone . I love it.
Great care provided to our area Vets.
For the last 9 years we have recieved care at military facilities, this is by far the worst. After the last 2 years of really, really bizarre appointments, including but not limited to a psychiatrist cornering my son and yelling at him at his first appointment, a doctor suggesting we medicate his autism away. Referrals not being put through. Me being told my chronic pain is just uncomfortable-ness and to just get used to it. EFMP being updated to what is here instead of actual medical needs. I can not say enough good things about the care my Dad ( a world war II Veteran) received while on 133 and the Green house 205!!! Thank you is just not enough, he was treated with such respect. When he passed away the final salute ceremony was beautiful. Thanks to everyone that took care of him and the wonderful volunteers. You make a difference thank you!!! Other elderly care need to follow in your foot steps you know how to do it right.
While the care has been good I consistently getting put into the VA side of treatment. My wife and I have Tricare Prime. As recently as yesterday I have to have entries resubmitted into the correct system. Then somewhere I'm billed for missed appointments I made and met..sometimes never MADE so I didn't go !
Awful experience.
VA somehow lost 14+ cases of harassment on an employee they favor aka daddy dolak. But god forbid you make a mistake and they will fire you on your last day of probation. Takes care of veterans employees, yeah right. You guys are a disgrace.
Love the facility. Far superior to the VA side. Just please get CNN of the TV. Fake news.
