I have received excellent care from Primary Care to my Mental health care, I would recommend FHCC to all Veterans for their health care.
I love this hospital! I am a Veteran and I also volunteer here on a weekly basis. Best staff in a hospital I have ever seen and I worked in healthcare for 30+ years and visited hundreds of hospitals. None had the caring, compassionate staff that I've seen at James Lovell Health Center.
This is the worst medical center I have ever been to. I have been trying to schedule an apt w mental health for months now & gone w out medication because they will cancel my appointments & not work w me to reschedule. I have asked to opt out & get sent to a non va center & was not helped at all. When I end up killing myself because I have done so long w out my anxiety/depression meds it will 100% be this establishments fault
I recommend any and all branches of healthcare at this location. 100% genuinely excellent and professional servants and service.

Bad. Since almost letting me die in 2015, this place has crashed and burned on the Veteran side. I wish I was a dependent like my wife. Now, they will say; go to Patient Advocacy. Yeah, like that helps. Now I am labeled as troublemaker.
