From the initial inspection, Tony was professional, honest, and very thorough in explaining the condition of our roof and what needed to be done. What really stood out was how they helped with the insurance process — Tony met with the adjuster, provided detailed documentation, and helped us get approval for a full roof replacement. Great choice for replacing our roof. They were able to schedule us within a couple of days of making the call. The crew took great care to minimize any mess or disruptions to our routine. Left no evidence they were here other than a great looking roof! Would definitely recommend to anyone in the Birmingham area. Capstone Roofing is top-notch!
They really impressed me from the beginning to the end. This was my first roof replacement didn’t know what to expect Dez explained everything to me very well showed me samples and was very clear on what material and work that was getting done with my new roof and gutters. Customer service, installers everything was great!
