My cleaning service with hygienist Lindsey W. & evaluation by Dr. Dickson was outstanding. Lindsey was incredibly thorough and friendly, and I left the appointment completely free of coffee stains! I really appreciate her work.
I won't be back after my bad experience today. The dentist, hygienist, front desk staff and nurse assigned to me were all wonderful and gracious. I have a long month of expensive dental work ahead of me and upon explaining that, another nurse that just so happened to be in the room (a black woman nurse) was very rude to me. Very nasty tone and unwelcome opinions into a conversation that did not include her. I do not know her name. It cost nothing to be nice and she just cost Dr. Bennett a patient.
If I could gift this dentist office everyday, I most certainly would. August 6th, 2024 was my first time visiting this office and I am honored to say that I was so pleased with the service. Everyone was so nice and the place is so inviting! I know for sure I’ve found a new permanent dentist! I could go on and on but overall my experience was most definitely a 10/10. 😁 THANK YOU CAPSTONE DENTAL!
Capstone Dental Care is one of the best dental practices I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Dr Dickson does high quality dental work and treats you as an individual, not just another patient.
