The food and service was outstanding last night. It's a bit pricey, but you're paying for the location, ambience and food, so it's worth it for a special occasion, to be sure! Wish we could afford it more often than that, but..
Calamari Vilano was awesome. Dinner and atmosphere on the water was top notch. Also enjoyed my old fashioned drink with the Old Forester bourbon...maybe my new favorite bourbon?
This place is THE BEST! Great food, great ambiance, you gotta check it out!

We came to St. Augustine from Ohio on Jan 3, 2016 to see my daughter, Sarah. She and Dave brought Roy and I out to Cap's for dinner and it was amazing. The best food that I have ever had in St. Augustine. Even though the weather was cool the deck was heated and our time together was perfect. Good food, family and conversation! What a celebration.
Our first time here tonight and it was WONDERFUL!!! We will be back for sure! Everything was prefect...
You really can't beat the atmosphere--sitting out by the oyster bar enjoying a cold glass of wine, a bowl of she crab soup and a tray of oysters...pure bliss.
Great food and amazing atmosphere. Went here for dinner and the deck is nicely lit and the dock is a nice place to wait before we were seated.
