Perfect place to live I have lived here for seven months and I love the place. It is quiet and quaint. The office is great and very friendly. I also have a coworker who moved here so it's nice having someone I know close by.
Horrible and greedy place Went in trying to lease a unit with not only good money and a good job, but also a co-signer who makes about 3x the rent in one check alone. They never gave us updates, took forever to process the app, and the leasing agent Sari told us very sensitive and private information about a client who lives there. They ended up denying us, even though they are at 60% occupancy and desparate for more people, and kept the ridiculously priced app and admin fee.
