Verified Renter The management is professional and respond to work orders in a timely manner. There are only 3 dumpsters for the complex and they fill up quickly. Often times there is trash overflowing onto the road.
Verified Renter I've been a resident here for quite a bit, and where there is always going to be issues in complexes, what brought me back was the community of people willing to help out a neighbor. You can't find it anywhere else. The prices are a bit high and it's not a forever home, but it's ours for now.
Verified Renter We have never had any issues at this complex. Maintenance was also very nice and incredibly speedy with the repairs that were needed on my unit!

Verified Renter Nice and clean. We met our neighbors and they were quite friendly. Beautiful trees surrounding. What I really like is that you can't see the complex from the highway. This definately makes for a more peaceful neighborhood!

Verified Renter The apartments are by far the cleanest and quiet that we have ever been to, however people not picking up after their dogs is a huge turn off. The apartment was move in ready and little or no prep was needed.

Verified Renter I like the apt because it’s spacious and it’s quiet. The amenities are very good. It’s dog friendly as well. It’s close to a lot of restaurants and shopping.

Verified Renter Behavior is out of control at the pool. Security lights have been out for over a week. A truck is being built in one of resident’s parking spots. There is not even enough parking in the evening when I get home from work. Expired tags everywhere which makes me think these cars are not being driven
