Worse management No gates coming in (obviously), pool area is cool, hot tub NEVER works and the new management is almost as bad as the previous ones. Cops leave random tickets on your car, people park in paid spots and leave their cars parked in one spot for months. If you have a dog do not let them into the dog park they will catch something and people leave their dogs out all night for them to just bark. Verified Renter The people are nice and it is very peaceful. And the pool just makes it all even better. Also the apartments are fabulous. I love that this place is pet friendly as well. This was the best decision to move into Capri Villa

Verified Renter Really needs entry and exit gates. Non residents use the pool and dump trash in dumpsters. I've witnessed this on multiple occasions. Having working gates would help stop this.
Verified Renter I have loved living here the past few years! My neighbors are amazing and I feel so safe living in this community. The managers are awesome, and make sure to take care of issues very quickly if they arise.

Amazing I have been here since August 2021 and have no complaints-management is responsive and the staff is nice. The location is amazing and the grounds are kept immaculate. This is a good stay for me and my family I look to be here until I am ready to purchase a home.
AVOID! Before I moved, I read that the management wasn’t good but heard also that new management had come in to replace the old.....so I gave them a chance. What did I get?? Luxurious apartments with managers who don’t take their job seriously. They are lazy and dismissive. Now I am locked into a year long lease with management that does not care about resident issues I have a neighbor from HELL her dog has chewed up the plumbing causing my bathroom and laundry room to flood out-nothing was done. Good! I have lived here since September 2017 and have nothing bad to say. I have a lake view from my balcony and I am closed to work. Ladies in the office are always nice to me.
Horrible management. Nice living quarters Management is horrible! They refuse to talk to me about my deposit or give me a breakdown of the charges, they are very ignorant of certain aspects of lease agreements and common politeness. The complex itself is wonderful just the people running it are ruining it.
Great Place and Great People These are beautiful apartments and the overall facilities are great as well. Kelly, the Asst. Property Manager, was awesome to work with in setting up our lease. She helped make the process super quick and explained everything up-front so there were no surprises. Kelly and the other staff were all super friendly. The communication from Kelly was great in setting everything up. If you are looking for a great complex, with great people, this is the place to go!
