Bad service. Deanna Castaneda tell them your story. Told work was not covered by extended service contract GMPP. Took to another dealer was something else and covered under the GMPP warranty. Dear Greiner you need to refund her money back.
Service department always having issues. Whether it be leaving the car dirty or not doing the proper job or just plain being lazy. Had an oil change yesterday and now I have oil all over my driveway and the undercarriage of my car. Service personnel here don't care about your cars.
