Bought a brand new 2010 gmc yukon xl from Dino at this dealer, and had a good experience. I keeped up with all scheduled maintenance. Bought new tires here even though I knew it would be cheaper elsewhere but for the warranty I did it anyway. Now they don't want to honor their warranty. They told me to go to America's tires cause the warranty is there but I bought them from the dealer. Won't ever go to this dealer again!!!!!!!! CROOKS
If ur looking for a car I HIGHLY recommend seeing missy. She got me an amazing deal. I will be going back to her.

Dino and his teammates are great! My 2012 Buick engine light came on and so I took it to my local dealership here in Florida. The dealership here in Florida tried to charge me $592 for repair that was covered under my warranty. I called Dino for warranty help. Dino and the lady helped me out by speaking to the service department and low and behold the repair is covered. I may have moved but I still get GREAT service!
I have bought several cars from here , and I am sitting here waiting for my oil change. Each time I come in it makes me happier that I purchased my car here. I came in and was acknowledged right away..Offered coffee..Acknowledged at least by three others all with smiles asking hows my day!.The staff all seem happy and the fact they made my day better..You can't go wrong if your looking to buy or have service done. I had a great experience at Greiner Buick GMC. Ruben was great and he was honest with me..He wanted to make sure the car I chose was the one I wanted. . Stephanie Russ was terrific. .She too was honest, explained everything too me, answered all my questions, she knows her job and is good at it..My family and I on our next car purchase will definitely be back and we will definitely spread the word on the great customer service that was shown to us..
