I had the best experience at Greiner! I was in an old civic that just wouldn’t get me from point a - b anymore. So I went in and talked with Brittany Riggs, and told her I was looking to see what I could possibly get into that fit my budget. THANK GOD I did! We actually did not buy a car from these people but our car always goes there for the service every time I have had to bring my car in to be serviced they always make sure I get a loaner car so I can still go to work I've only had problem with one guy there don't really remember his name but everyone else that I have dealt with has always been Pleasant or warranty is now up on our car and I still took it there to get service done on my transmission and an oil change yes they are a little high but so far I feel comfortable wi... read more
If you think about bringing your car to get repaired here DONT. They over charge to begin with. Had my car for over 2 weeks. They lie. The service manager acts like your best friend. Told me he wasn't going to charge me for something then he did. I've been waiting over a month the money they owe me & Gabe the service manager won't return my calls. Henry Bonilla was great with me this last week. Called me many times, kept me updated on my car, made appt at Dodge and arranged for loaner car. Detail team was awesome too! Love my "new" looking car!!
