Let's see: a/c and heater unit so loud that you cannot carry on a normal conversation in your home. Our cars have been broken into TWICE because the so-called night security is nowhere to be found. Our water was shut off for a day with no notice- apparently they had sent a flyer out with the wrong date. Make sure that every communication with the managers is in writing- they will lie and flat out deny complaints such as I have listed. Air Conditioner volume makes it impossible to relax or have a life with the unit on. Must turn the Air off to Sleep, Watch TV or Talk on Phone. Mine measured upwards of 80 decibels. Transients frequent the garbage bins, use as a short cut to 5th street and on one occasion I saw one in the pool with his dog. When enough was enough and I needed to go, management hit me with a $3200 break contract fee. Not Luxury in my opinion, management is strictly business and would not negotiate on the break lease fee.
Been here for 6 weeks & I'm loving every minute!! It was worth the wait & the staff has been phenomenal!!
