I've been a resident here for nearly two years, and since day one I've voiced my concerns about security...they don't come on for 2 hours after the office closes...even during the day I feel a security guard is needed as homeless are constantly rummaging though the trash...tonight I came home to find a drunk man passed out at the bottom of my stairs and a homeless person in the trash, no security on site!
Im posting on here because I have run out of options and do mot know what to do? How do residents get a hold of management for emergencies? There is no information on the website and I can't get any information on the voice-mail to the office. It is very inappropriate that the only way to contact leasing for maintenance issues that are urgent/emergent is through the login portal which may or may not be addressed before the next day. Does anyone have any information?
5 stars for great office staff, pool, and gym!
The Customer is NEVER right. This should be the sign above the door when you walk into the office. I travel and live here part-time with my hubby and he will not renew when our lease expires. Ditto what has already been stated in earlier reviews. Safety concerns, non existent nighttime security, thieves in neighborhood, loud ac units, and managers who refuse to address issues in a timely manner. The ladies at the front desk are very helpful. The area has really come around since I was a child and grew up in Wes sac I appreciate the police trying to clean up the area. Definitely an up an coming location. They also quickly fixed the air conditioning problem once it was brought to there attention. Over all great place no complaints.
