My roommates and I love living in Capitol Villa! The staff in the office is always helpful and welcoming and maintainance requests are taken care of almost immediately.
Desean Stid is the best repairman I could ask for. The guy (thru DTN) came over 15 minutes after a I submitted a request and spent hours working on my issue. He was friendly and personable through the whole thing. Desean is the reason I will recommend DTN communities to people I know in the area, and MSU students looking for housing. Thank you guys for always coming through with maintenance requests - people like Desean make the process so much easier.
The parking is terrible. Construction for the past week took up the entire back half of the parking lot. One night I came home and there were no spots in the parking lot so I had to make my own parking spot, something I've seen people in my complex do multiple times with no consequence. They towed my car even though I had a parking sticker and pay rent to live there. The leasing office was no help and offered no sympathy. I'm glad I'm moving out.
Lots of fun events, great maintenance services, and lovely apartments. Convenient for school and shopping. I'm happy to have already extended my lease.
This place is very convenient for me. It's close to campus and the Meridian Mall. Also the grocery store. I love hot tub, fitness rm and resident lounge. Also I can get free hot chocolate whenever I want!!
