RecommendedI only recently moved into Capitol Villa with my roommate and will write another review in a year when our lease ends, but for now I would like to comment on the absolutely wonderful service we recieved moving in. Being first time movers is overwhelming as young adults, but Capitol Villa made moving easy and stress-free. I've gone to the leasing office multiple times with issues about my neighbors, and they refuse to do anything about it, always claiming "there's nothing they can do". My whole building constantly smells like weed, and it's so strong you can smell it outside. It comes through my bathroom fan and radiators, so my room is always smelling disgusting because of my neighbors. The police have been in my building multiple times for noise complaints. The office allows tenants to be nuisances and will never do anything about problems ... read more

I think that Capitol Villa is a great place to live and has an excellent staff. The only thing I wish was I got more swag from them, that'd be dope. Other than that I have had a great experience with the staff.
Capitol Villa has been a great community to live in. It's close to campus and has all of the things I would want in an apartment community! There's a really nice pool and jacuzzi that are always clean, and a resident lounge with complimentary coffee available. Their staff is extremely helpful and friendly and they're quick to get things done for their residents. It is a good place to live for students. The staff is very friendly and maintenance takes care of work orders almost immediately HOWEVER I have been waiting ALLL SUMMER for the pool to re open and now it is almost august and still nothin! 4 more weeks living at Capitol villas and still no pool
I am just subleasing for the summer, but I really like living at Capitol Villa. The whole subleasing process was very simple, and the staff is always super helpful!
Honestly Capitol Villa is the best place to live on campus if you are a pre-med. The reason why is because all your classes are close to East and its ones of the closest apartments there. What makes capital villa unique is the staff in the leasing office, whenever you come in they are always smiling and ask you if you need help right away. Also no doubt Ive heard alot of complains about other complexes not doing the maintenance request in the same day or even sometimes in the same week.
