After living here a few years and feeling comfortable knowing the property is keeping clean and satisfied with the 'in unit' service is so very important. The residents will appreciate their home. However I have become screamish and hesitant to return home the past month. I made about a handful of Maintenance requests and Mike and Oscar were at my door completing them within an hour. I answered the door and said wow. Mike is always amazing and this was a good first impression in just meeting Oscar. I wanted to edit this to say that Anna has always offered great customer service and a pleasure to deal with.
I lived here a while back, I stopped in today. I was so happy to see that the old concierge, Anna, was moved to the Leasing Office, I might have stayed if I had known she would be promoted to the office, but either way I'm happy to see one of the hardest working people at UIP get the recognition she deserves.

Ms. ANna in the office is always just the sweetest thing. Everytime i walk in she always has a smile and a positive attitude to match - I really don't know what us residents would do without her. She's absoluttely fantastic!
