Poorly managed properties. Don't expect anything to work smoothly and don't you dare being "difficult" by complaining to them. Because you are the problem. The properties are in great locations and look nice but I can guarantee that they are overpriced for what you get. Pick them if your standards are below zero. Dishwasher, washing machine can't be expected to properly work. Clogged sinks and poorly insulated windows that they tape(!) to improve them.
