I was in Washington for a visit when I unfortunately cracked a molar. Capital Hill Dental (my sister's dentist) scheduled me to come in for a quick look on short notice. I was placed in the ver capable hands of Dr. Alexandra Thomson, who was very thorough and thoughful. Dr Thomson treated my tooth immediately and gave me the information I needed to follow up with my dentist once I returned home. Very caring, very informative. Dr. Bouchard is my favorite doctor of all my doctors, hands down. He and his staff are friendly, professional, and welcoming. Dr. Bouchard goes out of his way to explain the procedures he's doing and answers any questions. Great experience!
My visit was excellent as always. Staff is always pleasant and I like Dr. Hodges.
With my bad teeth, I am a challenging patient. Dr. Thomson has been super conscientious. A weak crown on my front tooth broke last Dec. She came in at 7 the next a.m. on her day off so I would look okay travelling that day. A recent back crown somehow moved so that food started getting caught. She redid it at no charge. She's great at explaining, including explaining my choices. I like her very much.
On Friday, the 23rd, I had a scheduled cleaning & check-up with Dr Thomson. The care I received from her & from the dental assistant was efficient & professional in every respect, which has been my experience since first coming to Capitol Hill Dental Group a number of years ago.
I'm always very comfortable there, and everyone is so prompt and nice. This may not sound important, but the music station they play is great. That's important to me.
I Encountered a highly professional staff who knew what they were doing.I had a filling that came loose.my tooth was hurting and sensitive to hot and cold the doctor came in explain to me what needed to be done and they did it without any pain whatsoever.
Our family has been coming to the Capitol Hill Dental Group for many years and they are excellent. Very friendly, always prompt, up to date on the latest technology and they don't try to sell you unnecessary services. Highly recommend!
