I was a patient at CHDG for a few years while working in DC. Now that I am working out in MD I do not go here however I wanted to state that it is a wonderful office. I have found Dr. Hodges to be both courteous and professional working with me. I need major dental work requiring two separate dentists. And Dr. Hodges has been helpful in seeing me on short notice, explaining her side of the dental works and in helping coordinate my dental needs with an oral surgeon. I recommend this Clinic for those seeking a dentist, especially for their first visit.
Capitol Hill Dental Group is my new best dentist on the Hill. When my previous long time dentist on the Hill retired I wanted to access excellent dental care close to home. This practice was recommended by many people I know and respect. I came and found my new best dentist. My dentist , Dr. Thomson, is excellent. I could be having a long procedure done and I am so relaxed that I may doze off. Am happy to go to the dentist! That’s an amazing feeling.
I have been a patient of Dr Thomson’s for a number of years. I started seeing her after my dentist retired and I was petrified. I had a bad dental experience when I was a teenager so when I finally found Dr Balter, I was overjoyed but then as I stated before he retired because of a bad back. Dr Thomson and her staff were very understanding when I said I needed nitrous for a dental cleaning and as a result I have been seeing her every since. I have been a patient at Capitol Hill Dental Group for over five years and consistently have been given excellent care. The office atmosphere is pleasant and the practice is conducted in a highly-professional and efficient manner. Even though the dentist who has given me care over the years is retiring - and I shall miss him - I intend to continue with this Group due to the commitment to excellence and trustworthiness demonstrated.
This Group is flawless. Not only are they supremely gifted dentists, but also they are devoted to the proper care of our teeth & not to their bank accounts. They believe in doing the least invasive work possible while doing everything essential--and perfectly!--to help us keep our teeth safe & sound. And, as people, they are correctly treasured by our Cap Hill neighborhood, which is how I found them--sent by two neighbors!
I had a crown fall off and wanted it reattached before leaving DC on vacation. My normal dentist was too far away for a last-minute appointment but Capital Hill Dental was able to fit me in and Dr. Hodges was wonderful. She understood my situation, worked quickly to solve the problem, and educated me about next steps.
