Very good experience with learning of new products for floorboards, advice on colouring and sizes, through to ordering and pickup from the warehouse.
Had our bedroom carpet done by Capitol Flooring and it was an stellar experience. We have just got our floor done, and I cannot be more satisfied with the result! Everything, from the service, floor selection to contact and installation, was extremely professional. I really recommend this place, very well deserved five stars!
I've waited 2 years before writing a review. Extremely disappointed with this company - be warned. They did not put a waterproof membrane on top of concrete subfloor (which is standard practice I've since found out) and my engineered floorboards have turned black at the joins due to moisture and it will need to be replaced before its time. The metal transition strip between floorboards and tiles has lifted and it cut my daughter's foot. It's now a safety risk. I raised this possibility at the time to no avail.
