I had a new hygienist, Rachael. She was very nice, but kind of rough. My teeth and gums have been achy all day. Can I go back to Krista? I had her before Sam, and I assume he longer works there? I really like both of them. If my appointment time has to change, let me know. I like 8:30am, but don't care which day of the week. Thanks.

This was my first root canal and friends and coworkers warned me that I would be in a lot of pain and shouldn't plan on returning to work the day of my services. However, everything went very well. Pain was minimal and I only needed a small amount of OTC pain reliever through the afternoon and evening. I think I have found my dental home.

I was very impressed with how reassuring everyone was. The plan for treatment was clearly explained and contact information was supplied for after hours. I'd give it give stars, but this is a dental office and I can't quite imagine eating any visit to a dental office 5 stars.

A couple more comments for you about my experience ... when I called to ask how much my payment would be after insurance (b/c my insurance changed) you could not quote me - refused to tell me how much $ it would cost. Yet when I was in - I forgot my card - and you somehow knew that it was $31 - even though you did not have my card, or the group number - so why could the receptionist not just tell me that when I called? What a pleasant experience! The staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable. They informed me of possible options and treatments available and were very professional. Definitely would recommend!
