It was great. Everyone was extremely nice and I felt very well informed when I left. I will definitely be returning and making this my regular dentist office. I would just cut down on the "interview" process in the beginning although I understand it is nice to get to know your patients a little more before you meet them. Maybe have that one of the forms we can fill out online and just do a quick review when we arrive for our appointment.
My last appointment went quite long, expected was 2 hours and the actual visit was about 3 1/2 hours, which I understand was due to Dr. Doyle taking extra time which I appreciate. I have been pretty uncomfortable since this appointment with the right side of my face feeling fairly bruised. I am thankful there is no swelling. I am also continuing to experience gum soreness and am avoiding the area with my toothbrush as it seems to irritate the area. Very good experience -- I was a little nervous about getting a crown, but the team set me at ease, the doctor was very careful with the anesthetic, and the procedure was quite painless. Staff was very kind, caring and professional!

I was quite nervous for this appointment, as I had never had any fillings before and didn't know what to expect. I mentioned that I was nervous, and Dr. Doyle was very kind and explained everything to me. He also told me everything he was doing as he went along. Everyone is very friendly. I enjoyed the humor and it helps to ease anxiety associated with the visit. There was plenty opportunity for questions and all of my questions answered. There is opportunity to have more discussion around financial obligations with the front desk. I didn't really understand what was covered versus out of pocket until I got home and looked at my invoice. An estimate of time associated with the procedure would be good as well.
