I had a cap from a previous dentist pop off when I was eating a cold, chewy, candy bar. My mistake - shouldn't have been doing that. But I called up Capitol Dental and explained that I wouldn't be able to eat unless they could help me. They created some time at the end of their work day, and miraculously I was in and out in half an hour. They cleaned up the cap and the tooth, put them back together, and now I feel good as new. The visit was great, I love you guys. I did receive a lot of information, and I need help in putting into practice the multiple strategies you recommended. I am one of those people who do well with a daily checklist - or as an example, if I was on a regimen which required pills, one of those nifty pill boxes which are organized by day of the week and time of day. It is handholding, but it works for me. I'll see what I can do on my own.

I was treated with the highest respect and made comfortable in several ways. My anxiety was not and issue due to all the accommodations (e.g. Headphones with choice of music, sunglasses for bright lights, a hand-softening treatment and even a blanket to make me cozy). Every staff member who assisted me answered all of my questions and regarded my over-all health as the highest priority. Also, my dental insurance covered my cleaning and exams. Consider written materials (with pictures) to explain whitening options. Also, written instructions for a plan of care would be nice, including number of visits, time per visit, etc. Love the electronic reminders via phone and email. Great service from entry to exit today, as usual. Keep up the good work.
