He was one of the most pleasant people I have ever met. He came over, checked out what needed to be done with our chimney and deck.. The chimney had a couple of rotted siding boards and trim boards. Mike initially bid to replace a small area of rotted redwood deck in my indoor Spa area. When he was unable to show up on the specified day and time, due to weather conditions, he called me early on the morning he was due to begin work to let me know that he would be out the following day. He showed up on time and did the replacement that he had seen. Upon further inspection the wood rot was much more widely spread.
