Mike initially bid to replace a small area of rotted redwood deck in my indoor Spa area. When he was unable to show up on the specified day and time, due to weather conditions, he called me early on the morning he was due to begin work to let me know that he would be out the following day. He showed up on time and did the replacement that he had seen. Upon further inspection the wood rot was much more widely spread. Capitol City Wood Works repaired our deck. They did an excellent job. Mike Griffin and his crew were very professional and easy to work with. The rebuildt the foundation of our deck along with carefully removing and reinstalling our top deck boards. They were very good about keeping the work area clean. They followed the various restrictions of our homeowner association. I would not hesitate using Capitol City Wood Works on future projects.
