I purchased a vehicle from capital ***** back in January, and before I could even make the first payment the truck broke down and I had to drop it off for repairs. After I spent $1200 to have it fixed its now October and low and behold the same problem they fixed is the same problem again. What a horrible company. I ordered and placed a deposit on a Corvette back in March of 2021. Attached are screenshots of where the salesman *************************** told me it was being sold at MSRP. Fast forward to October 12 and after several ignored emails I receive this today:All the Corvette are now $10k over we have been bought out by a new company . Let me know if you are still in . Thanks Avoid this place like the plague. Took my deposit for 7 months then tried to increase the price by $10,000.

I took my Chevrolet Silverado in for maintenance almost a month ago. It had a leak that was fixed by them barley 2 years ago but has passed the warranty. Because I wanted my truck fixed by them I chose to still have it fixed by them. After 2 weeks I still didnt have my truck back, they never offered me a loaner or rental. They kept stating that they were busy and had no cars available. I want to start of by saying that originally I was in love with Capitol Chevrolet. The buying experience was wonderful, but a here we are a year later and my how my mind has changed. Back in July my husband and I were heading out of town on a road trip when our 2014 GMC *******, started smoking. We pulled over to discover that it lost all the oil, so trip canceled. I have a 2018 Tahoe which I purchased new and with an msrp of 60k. Since my purchase I have had my AC and seat motor go out on me after 18 months and the dealership, Capitol Chevrolet in Austin Texas, took over a month to return my car. 6 months later down the road my car is yet again in the shop due to a transmission failure after 2 years. At the 18 month period they informed me that I had contamination in my transmission fluid and had to do a complete flush. I took my 2011 Equinox in because the seat dropped to the lowest level. there was a recall for this very problem in 2014-2015 I took the car in for the recall in 2015 granted nothing was wrong with the seat at that time they say the replaced the bolt. well here we are in 2019 my seat dropped just like the recall said it would they kept telling me well we fixed it in 2015 (seat had not dropped then) I am the only driver for this car I do not put the seat up and down this is a know issue with this make of car, the told me my s... read more

Don’t take your vehicle for service they call and try to make sale you will receive unsolicited calls at home had 3 in 10 minutes it was implied that was a liar promised call back by patty in customer service just another miserable fail by their sales staff

Worst service ever, I have been at this location a few times and today I had the bad day. I went to get a recall and alignment service and the CSA told me that my vehicle should be ready between 3-4 hours. I ask for a rental car ( they don’t have that service) and I had to drop off my vehicle. Purchased my 2016 Malibu in June 2017. Since leaving the lot, my car has had multiple issues and I get the runaround any time they need to be fixed. About a month ago, I took my car (again) to the service department for repairs and decided to look around for a new vehicle. We were there from 7:30a - 4:30p and have nothing to show for it.
