I would choose zero stars if this was an option. Specifically the detail shop has abysmal customer service, did not honor a scheduled appointment and all around wasted our time. We would not recommend the detail shop to anyone and will never do business with the detail shop again. My wife and I scheduled an appointment with service and an appointment with detail both on the same day 3 weeks in advance. We had bug and tree sap stains on the front of our car that we couldn't remove so we brought the car to capital toyota detail center and they did an AMAZING job fixing the car up. Not only was their detailing flawless, but the service I received from all of the employees from the lady at the front desk to the owner, was exceptional. I will always use Captial Toyota Detail for all of my detailing needs!
