Capital Real Estate Construction LLC recently replaced my roof and they were extremely easy to work with. The roofing crew showed up on time and were very professional. Blaine frequently stopped by checking on the progress and he would send me before and after pictures of when any wood needed replaced or if there were any issues that came up during tear off and installation. They did an amazing job with clean up and I would fully recommend them to any of my friends or relatives.
Bill and his crew do excellent work and are great to work with! We love our new bathroom, powder room and windows!! Our to do list isn’t done yet and we will continue to call Capital:)
We chose to go with another company with our kitchen project because Capital gave us the impression that they were not interested in our project and it was no priority. We called/emailed several times and you never followed up, and they never answer your phone during normal business hours. We ended up paying a company $4500 more than your bid because they made us feel that our project was their most important project. Customer service is everything.
They didn’t show up on the day of our scheduled appointment to look at my issue. We thought there was miscommunication so we scheduled again. Second time around they still didn’t show. So now I’m looking for someone else
Bill and his crew(Joe, Steve, Kenny, Chris and Bob) were fantastic to work with. They were professional, friendly and very efficient. From the demolition to the final piece of backsplash, Bill kept us in the loop. Our new kitchen is above and beyond what we could have imagined. Highly recommend Capital Construction for your home improvement.
Bill and crew did an amazing, excellent job on our kitchen reno. We have a 100-year old home and the kitchen needed to be completely demolished. Capital finished on time and on budget, and kept us informed at every step of the process. They treated this project with such care, keeping the work area spotless at the end of each day. The final outcome is even better than we could have expected. I fully recommend them!
