RecommendedAs a former dancer, i have been so appreciative of the training here. The teaching is incredible and I learn something new with each lesson. Going from dancing 5-6 hours a day to a desk job was very painful for my body. But finding the studio, Fidel, and its classically based training has helped relieve those pains but also has given me a stronger mind and body connection. I was also drawn to the great energy in the studio -- peaceful yet purposeful.
